PHP Engineer

Job Description

1. Complete corresponding module requirement analysis and software design based on product functions.

2. Responsible for the development of key functional modules, ensuring that software performance, security, and scalability meet design requirements.

3. Deeply explore business requirements, provide architectural design for software development, and continuously optimize and improve technical platforms.

4. Responsible for resolving difficulties, pain points, and other issues that arise during SIT and UAT testing.

Job requirements

1. Familiar with the principles of PHP framework and familiar with commonly used frameworks such as ThinkPHP, Laravel, Zend Framework, etc

2. Proficient in mainstream interface framework technologies (html5, css3, jQuery, ajax, etc.)

3. Familiar with basic database theory, modeling, and development, proficient in mainstream database systems such as MySQL and Redis.

4. Those with experience in developing large portal websites, community websites, etc. are preferred.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm, weekends off

Salary and benefits: 8K~10K plus bonus

Director of Operations

1. Assist the general manager in formulating service plans for customers and sales

2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and other issues

3. Team building and talent recruitment management

4. Department training, performance evaluation, and tracking of work indicators

5. Other daily management of the department

Working hours: 9am to 6pm, weekends off

Salary and benefits: 10K~15K plus commission

Franchise agents

1. Familiar with the company's product line, proficient in product models, knowledgeable in platform design and logical thinking

2. Connect and maintain existing franchisees in the current region, explore their vehicle source information, and further cooperate with agents

3. Connect with the current regional second-hand car market, promote micro platforms, and develop new franchises

4. Franchise is not limited to car dealers, and anyone who wants to engage in car sales can become a franchisee

5. The agency area is based on prefecture level cities and cannot be developed or franchised across regions

Profit sharing:

1. 10% commission for each transaction of regional vehicle source agency

2. 30% commission on annual franchisee service fees

3. 50% commission on franchise fees

Customer Service Specialist:

Job responsibilities:

1. Understand customer service needs information, conduct effective tracking, provide pre-sales and after-sales guidance and service work;

1. Proficient in using company products, answering customer questions and implementing them;

3. Work closely with technical and business departments, coordinate and communicate effectively;

4. Maintain customer relationships and keep track of follow-up visits.

Qualification:

1. At least 1 year of sales or customer service work experience;

2. Having a keen business acumen, strong adaptability, verbal expression and communication skills;

3. Strong ability to promote and maintain customer coordination, familiar with customer service processes;

4. Has strong learning ability, can quickly grasp professional knowledge, and carry out work in a timely manner;

5. Proficient in using Office and good document writing skills;

6. Work rigorously, with strong planning skills, adept at analyzing and thinking about problems, and a sense of responsibility;

7. Diligent and down-to-earth, with a strong sense of service and teamwork spirit.
