Welcome to read the APP User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement apply to your (hereinafter referred to as the "User") use of various products and services of the APP.

1. Confirmation of Service Agreement

1.1 Qingdao Meiming Guokai Trading Co., Ltd. and related affiliated enterprises (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Meiming Guokai") agree to provide relevant services such as Meiming Guokai related APP and Meiming Guokai official website (www.meshfans. com) based on internet mobile networks in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and the operating rules issued from time to time (hereinafter referred to as "Meiming Guokai Services").

1.2 The user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") of Meimei Guokai Service shall recognize and agree to all terms of this Agreement based on their understanding of the entire content of this Agreement, independent thinking, and complete all registration procedures according to the prompts on the page. The user's registration, login, use, and other behaviors shall be deemed to fully accept this Agreement and the various rules and regulations published by Meimei Guokai.

1.3 The United States Development Corporation has the right to supervise, prompt, inspect, and correct all activities on the United States Development Corporation APP and its official website.

2. Service Content

2.1 The specific content of the services provided by Meimei Guokai shall be provided by Meimei Guokai according to the actual situation, including but not limited to authorizing users to upload, search, and push relevant information to interrelated users through their accounts, authorizing users to include and share them, etc. Meimei Guokai has the right to upgrade or make other adjustments to the services or product forms it provides, and shall notify users through the update of APP/website content, without notifying users separately.

2.2 The services provided by Meimei Guokai may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by Meimei Guokai and third-party suppliers and partners during use.

2.3 Meimei Guokai only provides technical services related to Meimei Guokai services. In addition, equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to accessing the Internet or mobile networks) and required fees (such as phone and internet fees paid for accessing the Internet, and mobile phone fees paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user themselves.

3. Service change, interruption or termination

3.1 In view of the particularity of the network service (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical failure, user location, user shutdown, user mobile virus or malicious network attacks, and any other technology, Internet, communication lines, content infringement and other reasons), the user agrees that American Development has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of American Development's services at any time, Meimei Guokai will try its best to notify users in a timely and reasonable manner, and make repairs as soon as possible. However, if the user is unable to send and receive reading information, or receives incorrect information as a result, Meimei Guokai shall not be responsible, and the user shall bear the above risks.

3.2 The user understands that Meimei Guokai needs to regularly or irregularly inspect and maintain the platform or related equipment that provides Meimei Guokai services. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable period due to such circumstances, Meimei Guokai will notify in advance as much as possible, but will not assume any responsibility for this.

3.3 If the personal information provided by the user is untrue, or if the user violates laws, regulations, national policies, or the usage rules stipulated in this agreement, Meimei Guokai has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of Meimei Guokai services to the user under this agreement at any time, without assuming any responsibility to the user or any third party.

4. Usage rules

4.1 Users must provide accurate subject information (including name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, etc. if the user is an individual; including name, registered address, registration number, etc. if the user is a unit) to Meimei Guokai when applying for registration of Meimei Guokai services. If there are any changes to the subject information, it must be updated in a timely manner. Any losses incurred by both parties or third parties due to the authenticity of the information provided by the user shall be borne by the user.

4.2 After successful registration, the user will receive a USKI account and a password set by the user, which will be kept by the user; The user shall bear relevant legal responsibility for all actions of the user account.

Users must adhere to the following principles when using the Meiming Guokai service:

(1) Comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations;

(2) Do not use the United States Development Service for any illegal purpose;

(3) Comply with all network protocols, regulations, and procedures related to network services;

(4) Do not use the US National Development Service System to engage in any behavior that may have an adverse impact on the normal operation of the Internet;

(5) It is not allowed to use the network service system of Meimei Guokai to engage in any behavior that is detrimental to Meimei Guokai.

4.3 Users are not allowed to use the United States Development Service to create, upload, send, or disseminate sensitive information or information that violates national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following information:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Those who endanger national security, leak national secrets, subvert national power, and undermine national unity;

(3) Harming national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes;

(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;

(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4.4 The user agrees not to use other users' accounts or passwords under any circumstances. If you suspect that others are using your account or password, you agree to immediately notify the US government.

4.5 Users have the right to modify or delete their personal data, registration information, and transmission content in the Meimei Guokai service. However, deleting relevant information will also delete any text and images you have stored in the system. The user is responsible for this risk.

4.6 If the user violates any provision of this agreement, Meimei Guokai has the right to terminate the provision of services to the defaulting user Meimei Guokai account in accordance with this agreement.

4.7 If a user fails to log in to a Meimei Guokai account for a long time after registering, Meimei Guokai has the right to reclaim the account to avoid resource waste. Any problems arising from this shall be borne by the user.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Any text, images, logos, audio, and video materials included in the services provided by Meimei Guokai are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other property laws.

5.2 Without the consent of the relevant rights holders and the United States, the above materials shall not be displayed on any other third-party platform or used for any other commercial purpose in any way; Users are not allowed to copy, modify, edit the above content, or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.

6. Privacy Protection

6.1 The term "privacy" referred to in this agreement includes the content of user personal information as stipulated in Article 4 of the Regulations on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users, as well as the content that privacy should include as explicitly stipulated in future laws and regulations.

6.2 Protecting user privacy and personal data is a basic system of the United States Development Bank. The United States Development Bank will adopt various systems, security technologies, and procedures to protect user privacy and personal data from unauthorized access, use, or leakage, And we guarantee that we will not disclose the registration information of a single user and the non-public content stored by the user during the use of the services to any third party other than the cooperating unit, or use it for any illegal purpose, except for the following situations:

(1) Obtain clear authorization from the user in advance;

(2) According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations;

(3) According to the requirements of relevant government authorities;

(4) To safeguard the interests of the public;

(5) In the event that the user infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of Meimei Guokai under this agreement, it is necessary to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Meimei Guokai.

6.3 Users need to provide necessary information, such as name, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth, name, registered address, and registration number, when registering for the Meimei Guokai APP account or using the Meimei Guokai APP service. To provide users with account registration services or perform user identification, users need to fill in their mobile phone number; Some functions require user authorization to use the user's camera or album; Some functions require user authorization to access the user's phone address book, etc. If the user is not authorized or provides incomplete information, they will not be able to use this service or will be restricted during the use process. The information provided by the user's authorization, Meimei Guokai promises to take measures to protect the user's personal information security.

6.4 In order to provide users with a better user experience and improve the service quality of the Meimei Guokai APP, Meimei Guokai may collect, use or provide non personal privacy information of users to third parties. Meimei Guokai will supervise and manage the third-party's use of user personal data, and make every effort to protect the security of user personal information.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Users shall comply with national laws, regulations, and policies during the use of Meimei Guokai services, and shall bear any legal responsibility for the information and content they create, upload, send, and disseminate, and shall have no relation to Meimei Guokai.

7.2 If any information and content displayed or pushed to users by the US Gokai APP on its page is recommended by the US Gokai to users through technical means based on user instructions after searching, locating, and matching from any third-party website on the Internet, rather than being unilaterally produced by the US Gokai, then the displayed or pushed information and content do not represent the views of the US Gokai and the US Gokai APP, Meimei Guokai is not responsible for the accuracy or correctness of the above information.

7.3 Any text, images, logos, audio, and video materials included in the Meiming Guokai APP service provided by Meiming Guokai are for educational purposes and do not involve any physical commercial activities.

7.4 If any information and content displayed or pushed to users by the US National Development APP on its page is suspected of infringing any third-party intellectual property rights, the rights holder and relevant stakeholders shall provide a notice of rights to the US National Development APP. After verification, the US National Development APP has the right to take measures, including but not limited to disconnecting the link or deleting the infringing content, and stopping the transmission of the infringing content in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, However, Meimei Guokai does not assume legal responsibility for the infringing content.

7.5 The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the United States and China Development Corporation from and against any claims, demands, or losses asserted by any third party, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from or arising from the user's violation of the provisions of this agreement.

8. Other terms

8.1 Meimei Guokai has the right to modify any terms of this agreement at any time. In the event of any change in the content of this agreement, Meimei Guokai will publish the modified agreement content on the Meimei Guokai APP platform or disclose the modified content to users through other appropriate means. If the user does not agree to the above modifications, they have the right to choose to stop using the services provided by Meimei Guokai. However, if the user continues to use the services, it will be deemed that they have accepted the modifications made by Meimei Guokai to the relevant terms of this agreement.

8.2 Any provision of this Agreement that is partially or completely invalid or unenforceable for any reason shall remain valid and binding.

8.3 The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China. If any disputes or controversies arise between the parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement, they shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court located in the United States.

8.4 The copyright of this agreement belongs to Meimei Guokai, and the final interpretation and modification rights of all provisions of this agreement belong to Meimei Guokai.
